Acceptable use

No deceptive conduct, spam, fabricated activity, or misuse of platform links, QR codes, or attribution tools.
No harassment, unlawful content, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
No use of the service for restricted or regulated financial activities.
No representation of CONNECTA as a guaranteed earning, investment return, chain-income, or multi-level selling opportunity.

Merchant programs

CONNECTA provides technology, attribution, traffic-support, and reporting workflows. Commercial terms and any merchant-specific consideration are defined and fulfilled by participating merchants or under applicable platform rules. Disputes relating to merchant-specific eligibility, rewards, commercial consideration, or fulfillment are between the relevant parties and the merchant, unless expressly covered by CONNECTA's applicable platform terms.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features for maintenance, legal, operational, or security reasons.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Scope clarification

The Company provides technology, attribution, onboarding, reporting, digital visibility, and traffic-support services only and does not engage in payment processing, fund settlement, fund custody, clearing, deposit-taking, lending, securities, insurance, direct selling requiring special license, or other regulated financial business activities.

CONNECTA does not operate as an MLM, chain-referral income scheme, deposit scheme, investment product, lending platform, or regulated financial intermediary through this website.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
