Merchant-specific discovery, offers, and pricing are presented inside the CONNECTA app and merchant-linked journeys, not as a fixed public catalog on the brochure website.

Platform participation, purchases, and fees

CONNECTA may collect platform-related onboarding fees, subscription fees, membership-related charges, or other approved service payments connected with access to CONNECTA’s technology platform and connector participation workflows.

In applicable in-app purchase journeys, customer payments are processed according to the approved merchant-platform arrangement, so that the participating merchant receives the merchant payment portion and CONNECTA receives the applicable platform service fee.
