How CONNECTA works

  1. Participating merchants are onboarded onto the CONNECTA platform.
  2. Connectors join the CONNECTA ecosystem and use app-based journeys.
  3. Merchant offers, products, and services are discovered within the CONNECTA application and related merchant-linked flows.
  4. Customers may choose to purchase products or services directly from participating merchants.
  5. CONNECTA supports attribution, reporting, and eligible platform reward calculations according to participating merchant program rules.

CONNECTA is not a conventional fixed-catalog e-commerce website. Merchant-specific products, services, offers, availability, and pricing may vary by participating merchant, category, and region.

Product discovery and merchant-specific pricing are presented inside the CONNECTA app and related merchant-led journeys. The brochure website is intended to describe the platform, business model, participation workflows, and compliance information.

Use of payment gateway

CONNECTA uses payment-gateway services for platform-related collections, including onboarding fees, subscription fees, service charges, and in-app purchase transactions made through participating merchants on the CONNECTA platform.

In applicable in-app purchase flows, the customer payment is processed according to the platform and merchant arrangement, so that the merchant receives the merchant payment portion and CONNECTA receives the applicable platform service fee.

CONNECTA does not engage in lending, deposit-taking, fund custody, clearing, or other regulated financial business activities through this website.

CONNECTA provides technology, attribution, onboarding, reporting, connector engagement, influencer-influenced web traffic visibility, and merchant visibility enablement services. Merchant commercial terms, merchant product/service pricing, purchase eligibility, and applicable reward conditions are defined by participating merchants and applicable platform rules.

The Company provides technology, digital visibility, and traffic-support services only and does not engage in payment processing, fund settlement, fund custody, clearing, deposit-taking, lending, securities, insurance, direct selling requiring special license, or other regulated financial business activities.
